Joining of the National Fire Fighters Corp to the C.I.S.M.

In view of the organization of the first World Army Games in Italy (1995), after the request of the Minister of Defence, the Internal Minister allowed the integration of National Fire Fighters Corp sports component in C.I.S.M. in 1994 and his participation to the Games.
Other than to provide the athletes, the Corp distinguished itself for its organization for the race of cycling on street, cycle-cross and time-trial in L'Aquila and in Sulmona. The integration that was scheduled for the two-year-period of 1995/96, it afterwards was confirmed also for the further years, up to 2006, when it was not permitted the participation to the activity of C.I.S.M. for the State Police's athletes, Penitentiary Police's athletes, States Forest Corp's athletes and National Fire Fighters Corp's athletes.
