The Sports Activities Office of Fire Fighters department, of Public Rescue and Civil Defence, in cooperation with Central Direction for the Formation and the Provincial Command of Rome establishes the 4th Italian Fire Fighters Championship of Football to the memory of the Prefect Alessandro Giomi, General Chief Inspector of the National Fire Fighters Corp since 1976 to 1981 - who was died on April 9th, 2010.
Only the regional representatives which are placed in the first eight positions at the 9th Italian Fire Fighters Championship of five-a-side participate to the championship that took place in Terrasini (PA) since June 6th, 2011 to the June 10th, 2011, including Lazio that was accepted ex officio because it gave hospitality to the Championship.
The competitions will take place nearby the grounds of the Ground Formation School, in Scilla square 2, and nearby the Rome's Command situated in "del Calice" Street since September 20th, 2011 to September 24th, 2011.
